Please read carefully the following terms of use before using our website or services. By accessing or using any part of this website you agree to abide to all terms and conditions. If you do not agree you may not access this website, or use the content or any services offered.

Membership

  1. In order to use our services, you must be a member of our website.
  2. By signing up as a member, you agree that the information you give is true and yours.
  3. You may not use another person's login credentials with the intent to impersonate that person.
  4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  5. Creating multiple member accounts is prohibited. If you forget your login password, please use our password reminder form or contact organizers.
  6. Organizers may act on your befalf as a member if given permission.
  7. We reserve the right to freeze or terminate your account if any action infringes the terms presented here.

Use of services

  1. Members are allowed to register for conference attendance only once.
  2. Group registration requires at least member's participation and implies that all attendees can prove they belong to that group.
  3. Members are responsible for the validity and truthfulness of all given information during registration or other use of services.
  4. Organizers reserve the right to cancel, prevent use or discontinue offered services at their will.

Payments

  1. Service that require payment are considered valid only when fully paid.
  2. Organizers are responsible for payments, refunds or settling any finacial conflict that may arise.
  3. Online payments are performed through third-party services and thus we take no responsibility for the safety of your transactions.

Abstract submissions

  1. Any abstract submitted must be the intellectual property of provided authors/participants.
  2. Abstract content should not be infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, profane, or otherwise violate any law or right of any third party, or contain homophobia, ethnic slurs or religious intolerance.
  3. If your abstract is accepted for presentation you give organizers permission to publish your abstract and authors/participants information in hardcopy media or online.
  4. In some cases, submission of a full paper or a presentation file may be required before final acceptance is given.

Abstract reviewing

  1. Reviewers must be independent ('blinded process') and allowed to review only assigned abstracts.
  2. Reviewing task is not tranferable to other persons without organizers consent.
  3. If there is a conflict of interest, reviewers should report it to organizers.
  4. In case of inability to perform their task, reviewers should notify organizers as soon as possible.

Terms application and modification

These terms and conditions are universal to our website and apply to all hosted conferences, except otherwise noted. We reserve the right to ammend these terms and conditions, without prior notice. Any update of these terms, cancels any previous ones.
